Stop doing the same task fifteen times a week.

I’m Will Kimball. I set up practical AI for small businesses and teach individuals to use it well — starting with one job you already repeat, so you can see it working before you spend more.

Get a free task audit

Free, within 2 business days. No call to sit through. If AI is the wrong tool for your task, I’ll say so.

  • Work starts at $499
  • If it does not work in your hands, you do not pay for the setup.
  • You keep the templates and the accounts

The work that quietly eats your week.

  • The quote follow-up you retype every time, and sometimes forget.
  • The same five customer questions, answered from scratch again.
  • Website or blog copy that sits unwritten for months.
  • An inbox you clear at 9pm because the day had no gaps in it.

None of that needs a transformation project. It needs one repeatable job set up properly, once.

Three steps, and you keep the result.

  1. Tell me the task. One job you repeat every week. I look at it free and tell you honestly whether AI helps.
  2. I build it with you.We work from your real examples in your own tools, with a clear point where a person checks the output.
  3. You run it without me.You get the templates, a walkthrough, and enough understanding to change it later. No lock-in.

Plain prices, scoped before anything starts.

A short discovery and design sprint for a repeatable task that does not fit the starting menu or needs careful boundaries.

  • 1:1 AI Training

    $100/hr

Booked by the hour, no package required

    Individuals and small teams

Patient, practical instruction using your own real examples, with time to practice checking outputs and ask plain-language questions.

Monthly tune-ups · $150/month A documented, limited check-in for template refinements, light coaching, and small questions—not unlimited on-call support. Month to month, cancel whenever.

The risk is mine

If it does not work in your hands, you do not pay.

At the end of the walkthrough you run the workflow yourself, on your own example. If it does not do the job, I keep working until it does or I refund the setup fee. That is the whole risk you are taking.

The $499 rate is introductory while I build a Jacksonville reference list. It holds for the first ten setups.

Before you hire anyone

Four things I will tell you straight.

  • I will tell you when AI is the wrong toolSome tasks are not worth automating, and some are not safe to. If yours is one of them, you will hear that in the audit instead of a proposal.
  • Your accounts and files stay yoursI work in your tools, hand the work back, and leave you able to run it without me. No lock-in, and no dependency by design.
  • A person checks the resultNothing gets sent, published, or decided by a workflow on its own. The review point is part of the build, not an afterthought.
  • Confidential details stay out of public toolsCustomer, medical, financial, and employee information does not go into an unapproved public AI tool. We start from a safe example.

Straight answers

Questions people ask before they call.

Do I need to be technical?
No. Most of the work is deciding what should happen and in what order. I handle the tool, and I teach you enough to change it later.
How long does it take?
A setup is a couple of working sessions plus my time in between — usually finished inside two weeks of you saying go. The audit that decides whether it is worth doing takes me a day or two.
What tools will I have to buy?
Usually none beyond the AI subscription you may already have. I build inside the tools you already pay for rather than selling you a new platform to maintain.
I already tried ChatGPT and it was hit or miss.
That is the normal result of typing into a blank box. The difference here is a written-down way of asking, built from your real examples, that gives the same quality answer on a Tuesday as it did on a Friday.
Is this going to replace someone on my team?
That is not what I am selling. The target is the repeat work that eats an hour a day — the drafting and re-typing, not the judgment.
What if AI cannot help with my task?
Then I say so, and you have lost nothing. That is the entire point of starting with a free audit rather than a proposal.
How do I know my customer data is safe?
We start from a non-confidential example, and confidential details stay out of public tools. If a task cannot be done safely, it stays off the list.
What does it cost?
Most small businesses start at $499 for one workflow. Training is $100/hr. Larger custom work is from $1,500, scoped before anything is promised.
